TuffRider Regal X-Tall Field Boots Ladies

These TuffRider boots look like they’re trying to be too many things at once. They’re not terrible, but they could be a lot better. They’re a better style than some others on this list *cough*Muck*cough* but they aren’t anywhere near the top. And the fact that they aren’t as comfortable as the Muck boots pushed them just a hair lower.

Dublin Galtymore Tall Dress Boot

These Dublin Galtymore tall dress boots are almost a workable boot, but the style is just…boring. They would be a great addition if the rest of your outfit is the drawing point. But if you’re looking to make a statement with your boots, these are not the right fit.

HORZE Sydney Jodhpur Boots

The only reason these HORZE Sydney Jodhpur boots beat out the Ovation boots is because they aren’t full grain leather. They’re passably comfortable, and they aren’t full grain leather, but they are a boring style, and they only rise to your ankle. If this is what you have available, it will work, but tall boots are better.

Ovation Women’s Ainsley Country Boot

The Ovation Women’s Aisnley Country boots made their way to the bottom of our list, and it was a tough choice, but it had to be done. Let’s put it this way: These are a workable boot. They do the job, and they will do it fine for you. They are comfortable enough to get by.

The cons? They’re full grain leather, and they are ugly as sin.
